Ian offers nearly 30 years’ experience, is a Fellow of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) and is a Certified Master Practitioner in the American Top Grading process. Ian’s focus is developing and leading his specialist team as trusted advisors who are deeply skilled in Carroll Consulting’s unique approach to culture-fit recruitment. He also continues to support organisations in a diverse range of sectors, with a growing focus on, and passion for, recruiting and coaching in the community and social services sectors. In addition to expert consulting services, he also offers bespoke Real Recruitment™ training, drawing on his depth of expertise to upskill clients and help them strengthen their in-house recruitment practices.
Andrew has proven expertise in recruiting for management, operational and supply chain roles, particularly in the food, agriculture and rural industries sectors. He has successfully tackled difficult-to-fill roles, often in interstate locations. This has created a vast foundation of potential candidates, contacts and networks that help him identify and source a range of candidates. His focus on working with owners and other key stakeholders to deeply understand the drivers of culture fit in a business has underpinned his reputation as a trusted advisor. His desire to help organisations and individuals achieve lasting value has positioned him with numerous businesses as a valuable partner in any recruitment process.
Sybille Goss pairs remarkable intuition with the rigour of process to gain a real understanding of the objectives and culture of her clients. Her love of finding the right people for the right role delivers two-way success for her clients and their new talent. From her career start in 1995, Sybille developed a strong background in recruiting for the information technology (IT) industry, with a particular focus on manufacturing and large multinational clients such as Nestle. Sybille joined Carroll Consulting in 2003 with a mandate to continue recruiting in-demand IT roles. Embracing the business philosophy of deeply understanding the client and role, she broadened her focus to include sales and sales management, human resources, and marketing roles. 2011 saw Sybille depart to spend more time with her family and support her husband’s successful film and photography business. She returned to Carroll Consulting in 2019.
Sybille understands the unique challenges and high expectations associated with recruiting hard-to-fill roles. Against this unique backdrop, she uses her high-level relationship skills to ensure she has a deep understanding of the key drivers of the role and engage with potential candidates in such a way as to support and guide them through any change they choose to make. Her wealth of experience underpins her personal commitment to each assignment ensuring a value-added cultural alignment at every step of the recruitment process. Focusing on roles primarily with a technology aspect and aligned to manufacturing, Sybille uses Carroll Consulting’s best-practice culture-fit methodology, and her keen attention to detail to ensure success. As a mother with a growing family, she has welcomed the way the business embraces her flexible work arrangements while supporting her drive to deliver excellence for her clients.
Alexandra Monks joined Carroll Consulting in 2019 and brings with her a strong passion for aligning people with roles that suit their experience and skills. Alexandra’s drive for engaging with people and determining role-fit started in her teens when she gained invaluable work experience with a family member who ran a very successful search consultancy. During this time Alexandra researched market segments, contacted people to understand their skills and ambitions and was responsible for clearly defining the skill requirements for each assignment. From this solid start, Alexandra went on to complete a degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management and Psychology in 2014 (Golden Key International Honours Society Member).
Alexandra has experience in client engagement and support roles in the legal and manufacturing industries and has built a career in recruitment focusing on resourcing and filling vacancies in the accounting and legal sectors. Now a key member of the Carroll Consulting team, Alexandra is excited about the opportunity to apply the culture-fit methodologies used in the business, focusing on senior accounting and leadership support roles across manufacturing and professional services as well as leadership roles in the legal environment. Alexandra tackles each assignment with professionalism and works closely with clients to articulate ideal behaviours for roles and draw out repeating patterns of behaviour in candidates to determine suitability. She is committed to achieving high levels of engagement, performance and job satisfaction for the candidate and a stronger contribution towards the client’s strategic goals and objectives.
Raniah is committed to ensuring the business has the resources needed to successfully operate, supported by her strong customer service orientation and business acumen. Her ability to build rapport with clients and candidates underpins the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Raniah’s thorough working knowledge of Carroll Consulting’s recruitment processes enables her to keep the business in step with client and candidate expectations, and resource at the highest levels. She is invaluable at coordinating a highly active business calendar and supports consultants in everything from client and candidate reporting to psychometric testing administration to event and database management.
